I had decided early on that I was not going to book a wedding on July 4th weekend because it is my husband and our 5th anniversary. But when Linda Patel (Event Planner: I did her son Kiran & Dippika's wedding a couple years back) approached me I decided to meet the couple. After meeting the couple I was totally hooked. Pankaj and Palak are such wonderful people. The warmth and love they give is so abundant you just want to be friends with them. Pankaj is also the CEO of Acteva. It was just an outstanding wedding. I have never gotten so many kisses from a bride on her wedding day and oh my gosh what a beautiful location (The Jacuzzi Winery in Sonoma).
Here are some shots of Palak getting ready at the Jacuzzi Winery. Radha (Located in Union City. She doesn't have a website) did her makeup.
As you all know I LOVE the beach, so when my clients choose beach settings I get excited. On this particular Saturday we were blessed with good old fashioned San Francisco Fog. You can barely see the golden gate in the back, but oh what romantic shots. I love how Amisha wore a red dupatta! Could I have asked for anything else to be more perfect? I will be shooting Amisha's wedding in Sept, so stay tuned...
Another Stanford Couple Portrait Session! I have been doing so many photoshoots at stanford I am thinking about pitching a tent and just sleeping there. Whats interesting about using the same location again and again is, no matter how many times I use the same spot, I get totally different pics of my couples. Here are pics from Tejel & Mohan's Couple Portrait Session. They are absolutely darling and I look forward to their wedding in Aug.
Generally my couples get close to 300 pics during a couple portrait session, so its hard for me to pick just a few for my blog, so here are some of my favs. As I reflect in the future I may post more. :
