My Baby is 9 months old

Rekha is now 9 months old. I thought this was a good enough occasion to put on her nice dress and have a photo-shoot.

I havent figured out what the psychlogical damage of taking lots of pictures of your kid is, but I got to say they grow up so fast you almost can't keep up with how much they change unless you are taking pictures everyday!

UCLA is in the Final Four!

Well, you may or may not know, but I am a pretty big UCLA fan. I was a Freshman at UCLA in 1995 when they won their last NCAA championship and I am quite excited to see them make it to the Final Four again.

Adobe comes out with Photoshop EXPRESS

I think its about time Adobe expanded its fabulous products into an online (cheaper, smaller, easier) version of its software for the non-professionals.

I tried to upload my pics, but I had major problems. Its probably my computer (MAC / Safari) mixed with large file sizes, but I failed each time I tried uploading. Either my browser would crash / freeze, or I would let it run for hours and nothing would happen.

Let there be Forms!

Finally got around to adding a form to my website. Now you can fill out your event details on my site thru a form and it will send that information directly to me. Ahhh... the joy of technology! Just trying to make your life easier :)

Moment caught in time

Its been a few years since we discovered that my Dad has has Alzheimer's and from that moment on he has deteriorated quite significantly. Here he is singing to Rekha. I found this pic to be nostalgic.

WPPI - Vegas Baby!

I attended the WPPI convention in Las Vegas today and wowsers its was such a great experience. There were so many vendors, I bumped into a lot of people I know, made some new friends and got some great samples. Its just so exciting to be in this field. I really do appreciate the fact that I can do be doing my hobby as a profession. My feet kill from walking miles and miles and amazingly as I was leaving I bumped into an OLD HP colleague who I haven't seen in 7 years and who happened to be on the same flight as me back to SJ. He was on vacation. What a coincidence! It really is a small world, you think you will never see someone again and what do you know there they are.

I finally got around to updating my website. The simple-viewer app just wasnt working out. I had so many people email me with "I cant download the flash viewer". So I am off flash and back to simple html. Hopefully this works out better for you all.
