Little Break...

Had to take a quick break these last couple of weeks as we dashed to the east coast to be with my father-in-law as he underwent open heart surgery. Thank you to everyone for rearranging their schedule to accommodate my absence. Lots of work ahead! Here is a quick shot of my pretty baby as she takes a nap on the hammock.

I always try to convince my clients to sneak a few minutes with me before the reception to squeeze in a few shots of them together in their reception attire. Its a mini-couple portrait session and oh so much fun! I just love this couple and I am sad to see this event come to an end.

Tejel & Mohan: Reception

Tejel and Mohan's reception was nothing short of just beautiful. Everything was a dark purple to match Tejel's purple lengha. We really tried to use the magestic hall in our pictures to frame our shots. They had three sets of performances, a 4 tier cake and can not forget DJ Bitzy grooving the party!

Tejel & Mohan: Wedding Ceremony

What a beautiful location... What a handsome groom... What a beautiful bride. This wedding had all the elements of just a perfect event. Tejel and Mohan got married at the Scottish Rite in Oakland. This was my first time photographing at this location and I was just mesmorized. Infact, we took close to 200 photos of just the hall and decorations! Here are some of my fav shots.
